C.A.M.P. The Chiropractic Associate Mastery Program is designed to teach the already successful Chiropractor how to reproduce themselves. By teaching other DC's how to do what you have done; you can service more patients, become more organized and be more profitable. In addition to that you can bring balance to your life and break the Golden Handcuffs of success.

My name is Dr. Lee A. Newman. I am second generation Chiropractor having been in practice almost 25 years. (June 1986 Life Grad- http://www.life.edu/). I have spent the last 13 years developing the Chiropractic Associate Mastery Program.

The foundation of a great relationship is where both parties work in synergy to achieve meaningful goals. It has been my goal to maintain my main office (www.newmanchiropractic.com) at over 300 visits a week, collecting over $50,000 a month while doing less and less of the patient care myself.

My second goal has been to transition successful associates into their own offices as clinic directors. I then coach, manage and motivate the associate doctor to the point where they can purchase the practice from me. So far I have been able to sell 8 offices for over $2,000,000 in cash and have plans for at least 4 more.

And the really great thing that happened is that while my offices serve more patients, we have more fun in practice and collect more money, my personal flexibility and balance in life has fully developed.

Your goals both in practice and in your personal life can be very different from mine. Maybe you have the drive to build the largest practice in you neck of the woods, state or country. Perhaps you have young children and want to spend more time with them. Or, maybe you are involved in a church or civic organization and you want to contribute 5+ hours a month to the cause. Or maybe you want to be able to travel and enjoy several week long vacations plus several other 4-5 weekends during the year.

In any case, if you want to leverage your success to it's fullest you need to learn how to get production from others. My cycle looks something like this. A new hire is brought into the main office. They train and are working directly with me as my new patient assistant. When they complete this training they become a treating doctor. After achieving pre-defined success as a treating doctor in the main office right next to me, they are given the opportunity to become a clinic director.

When they grow their satellite practice to the point where they have learned all the skills necessary to maintain a super successful practice and they will make much more as the owner, rather than the employee, they can buy the practice.

This cycle is designed to take 3-5 years from start to finish!
